SUPER START PLAN – IMPROVE METABOLISM, DIABETES AND HDL/LDL

QIVANA GRACE SUPER START PLAN* The following is a guideline of what your day should look like if you want to have an easy, way to begin to improve your metabolism that you have lost going up and down on the scale trying various programs.  It will take 90 days to dramatically improve your metabolism.  This is an adventure well worth it. Today is where we start.   The point of giving you two shakes a day, is so you can avoid as much stress as possible shopping, choosing and preparing food.  This is about changing your relationship with food.  We want to build a lifestyle.  I want to show you how to have a healthy body without ever having to go on a diet again.  For the first 30 days our goal is to get you into the habit of using meal replacements to keep your brain out of thinking about food so much.  Then when you do think about food, you only have to deal with on a limited basis.  This is not a diet.  We are done with diets.  Welcome to Qivana Grace Super

Start Day 1 through 30 WAKE UP:
QORE, PRIME, PROBIOTIC, BOOST, 2 DETOX
BREAKFAST:                       1 METABOLIQ SHAKE 
LUNCH:                                  MEAL*        or            SHAKE
LATE AFTERNOON:         RECHARGE 30 Min Before Dinner:    BOOST
DINNER:                                 SHAKE   or MEAL* (whichever you didn’t have at lunch)
SNACK:                                 At any time you get hungry.WATER:                                64 OZ – In the form of Water, Green Tea, or any Tea sweetened with Honey.
MEAL:   ONE PLATE OF FOOD of at least 800 Calories but not more than 1200: Make it a big plate.  1/3 Protein, 1/3 Lean Vege, 1/3 starch. Have 1/2 serving of dessert if you like just not every day. This is a lifestyle change, let’s use commonsense.  There are no rigid rules.  We have to create a healthy lifestyle that incorporates your schedule and energy.  However, avoid what Grace calls your “Alcoholic foods.”  What are alcoholic foods?  Is there something your just can’t have one serving?  You cannot put a slice or two of bread Grace’s meal because she will go back to the kitchen endlessly eating the whole loaf of bread.  When the bread is done, she will go back and eat more.  This first 30 days keep a journal daily.  If you notice a food seems to make you hungry, write it down in your journal so you can begin to remember what foods are your alcoholic foods.  If you don’t want to feel hungry even when you are already full with food, and you begin to notice what foods make you feel hungry, you will begin to not want them because they do make you hungrier.
SNACK:                 ONE SALAD PLATE:          Any mix of Veges, fruit or protein.  Grace loves cottage cheese, ½ cup of that is very BARBARA MESSIMERsatisfying.  Or you can have canned peaches in their own juices, or blueberries with non-fat whipped cream.  Take it easy on peanut butter however.
